• Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to replace the item at no extra cost.

• Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse: Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please check our size guides before ordering.

• Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund. A reshipping fee may apply.

• Unclaimed Packages: Orders that go unclaimed at customs or the local post office may be returned to our fulfillment partner. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
